This is how our story started and why we do what we do

Hello, I’m Sara, an American-born creative marketer. For as long as I can remember, I’ve been fascinated by how people communicate.

As a child, I was an avid artist with an early appreciation for romance languages, particularly French. Over the course of my career, these passions have remained a driving force in what I do best – helping others communicate in ways that truly connect.

I began my career working for a Canadian publishing house as a French/English speaking designer. Over the next 15 years, my experience grew as a marketing and communications expert, working with partners throughout the globe for various organizations. 

In 2021, I co-founded RadBot Video Production in Indianapolis. What began as a response to the urgent need for better digital storytelling quickly grew into an award-winning agency known for its inventive approach and grounded, human-centered work. Through that work I gained invaluable insight into U.S. government procurement, corporate contracting, and the communication challenges facing sectors like construction, energy, and nonprofits.

What I learned through the years is simple:
When organizations try to expand beyond their borders, geographic or otherwise, communication becomes everything.

It’s not enough to have a strong mission or a great product. You need clarity, cultural awareness and strategic alignment. You need to understand how your message lands in different markets, and why.

That belief is what led me to create Wayfind Strategies.

Today, I help mission-driven organizations identify where their work will resonate, how to communicate across cultures and how to enter new markets with confidence and credibility.
